We have rented this particular unit about 4-5 years in a row and this location, perhaps a dozen times. The location is ideal. Ocean front allows whale watching from the lanai. First floor allows walking to the beach or pool right from the lanai. Location allows easy access to Maalaea Harbor and all boat excursions.

Having a floor unit gives you convenient, direct access to the oceanfront view and lawn area - great for hanging out on the patio and taking in the sun and view out on the lawn chairs.

The unit is very clean and in great shape! It's also very well stocked to make your stay comfortable - lots of towels, kitchen supplies and utensils, appliances, etc.

Location is fantastic; it's central from the key areas to visit - an easy drive to the airport, Kihei, Wailea, Paia, Kaanapali.

The only downside was the neighbor that lives upstairs (they are there 6 months of the year) - they are up by 6:30AM and you can hear them vacuuming, turn on their music, and moving chairs and other items around all morning.

The location is on the ocean facing the bay and beautiful. The beds are good and the pool very close by. A bit of room to improve though - throw out the rusted kettle, add a small plastic cutting board (there are 2 extra large ones there), make sure the utensils and plates are clean (we found a greasy flipper with food on it in the drawer and food on a plate). Not a lot of plug-ins so an adaptor or charging bank would help. Please provide a scrubbie or j cloth for dishes, there was a mini dish soap but nothing to wash dishes with. For an 11 day stay it would be nice to have more than 2 tabs for dishwasher. We aren’t going to bring these from home or buy a package at the store. If you want people to leave clean dishes, I’d suggest leave more tabs. We’ve rented this same condo once thru VRBO and once through Destin Maui and every other place on all islands have welcoming snacks and coffee. It’s a nice touch especially after flying all day, but there is never anything provided in this suite.

The location is ideal. It's a one-minute walk to the pool or the ocean. Whales can be seen from the lanai. The management (Cristina, Rose) is responsive to questions, issues. The property is maintained well. Would just like more laundry detergent, plastic food bags, useful pool umbrella. We have stayed here several times and are coming next year so we are obviously very satisfied.
