Kihei Bay Surf is located in North Kihei across the street from the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary Visitor Center, Kalepolepo Beach Park and the ancient Menehune Fish Pond. A long stretch of golden sand beach stretches for miles, perfect for morning or evening strolls or to watch the sunset.
Kihei Bay Surf is built around a central courtyard, with almost all units facing into the landscaped area. The buildings are low rise (only two stories with 118 units). Although this is an economical property, the grounds are well cared for, pleasant and tidy. Features include a swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, and a BBQ area with gas grills. A coin-operated laundry room is located on grounds, and there is free parking for guests.
