There are many benefits and advantages to purchasing trip insurance, which covers you if you have to cancel your vacation for a covered reason. We also offer damage insurance, should anything happen to the unit you are renting. Check our insurance page for more information.

Yes, you do need to rent a car to get the most out of a Maui vacation. Island attractions are too spread out and public transportation is limited. If for some reason you don't drive, there Uber and traditional taxis are an option to get to and from populated areas, Check out our car rental page for more info.

Yes! Check our Specials page, or sign up for our newsletter to keep up to date on upcoming deals. We will never sell your information to third parties and you can opt out anytime.

A deposit schedule, which specifies dates and amounts due, is included in your online reservation for you to review before entering your credit card information.

A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation.

All final payments are due prior to your arrival date. The final payment due date will be on your reservation confirmation. Final payments are non-refundable. Travel Insurance Is Recommended.

As renters, you are responsible for any damages caused by you or your guests to the unit, items within the unit, and adjacent common areas. We do offer optional damage insurance to protect you during your stay. You can purchase this with your reservation.

Your unit is supplied with a starter kit which includes dish washer liquid, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, tissue paper, and toilet tissue. You will need to replace them as you need them. Your unit is also equipped with sufficient bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, dish towels and wash cloths. Please utilize laundry facilities on property, or the washer/dryer within your unit, to wash them as you need them.

No. Our properties are non-smoking and will only allow smoking in designated smoking areas. Any evidence of smoking within the unit or lanai area will result in charges from a minimum of $400.

Check-In time is after 3:00PM and Check-Out time is before 11:00AM. Early Check-Ins and late Check-Outs are based on availability. Please contact us in advanced so that we can do our best to accommodate your request.

Front office hours vary between properties. Please remember to check-in with the Front Office within the hours specified on your confirmation.
