I've stayed in several condos in Sugar Beach over the last few months, and this is my favorite. It's roomy, comfortable for sleeping/relaxing/cooking, and of course, has that million dollar view of the sea. The tile flooring feels cleaner than a carpet can ever be, it's well stocked for cooking and beach fun, and everything was in excellent working order when I was there.
The central AC works well, but it does take a while to cool off upon arrival, so you have to use the fans and be patient. Great central location, and being across from the coffee shop/bakery/famers market is really nice.

The condo is beautiful, comfortable, and quiet. I thought there might be some noise from the street but there really wasn't. The lanai is a wonderful spot to spend a few hours, and the condo had every amenity we would want, and then some.

The view is spectacular. The condo was very well stocked. Had everything we needed and then some. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We loved it. Excellent location. I would highly recommend to anyone.
