What are the Check In/Out times?

Check-In time is after 4:00PM and Check-Out time is before 10:00AM. Early Check-Ins and late Check-Outs are based on availability. Please contact us in advanced so that we can do our best to accommodate your request.

How much is the rental deposit?

Accepted Answer

A deposit schedule, which specifies dates and amounts due, is included in your online reservation for you to review before entering your credit card information.  Upon processing your deposit, please note that a cancellation fee of $200.00 will apply if the cancellation is made before the final payment date.

What forms of payment do you accept?

A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

Accepted Answer

All final payments are due 60 days prior to your arrival date. The final payment due date will be on your reservation confirmation. Upon completion of the final payment, your reservation becomes non-refundable.

If you do not yet have a policy for your trip, complete the second section by entering an application date and your state of residence to see sample policy terms.

What supplies come with the condo?

Your unit is supplied with a starter kit which includes dish washer liquid, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, tissue paper, and toilet tissue. You will need to replace them as you need them. Your unit is also equipped with sufficient bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, dish towels and wash cloths. Please utilize laundry facilities on property, or the washer/dryer within your unit, to wash them as you need them.

I broke something in the condo. Now what?

As renters, you are responsible for any damages caused by you or your guests to the unit, items within the unit, and adjacent common areas. We do offer optional damage insurance to protect you during your stay. You can purchase this with your reservation.

Question 7

Is smoking allowed in the condo?

Accepted Answer

No. Our properties are non-smoking and will only allow smoking in designated smoking areas. Any evidence of smoking within the unit or lanai area will result in charges from a minimum of $400.

What are the condo office hours?

Front office hours vary between properties. Please remember to check-in with the Front Office within the hours specified on your confirmation.

What is Trip Insurance?

There are many benefits and advantages to purchasing trip insurance, which covers you if you have to cancel your vacation for a covered reason. Do I need to rent a car on Maui?

Yes, you do need to rent a car to get the most out of a Maui vacation. Island attractions are too spread out and public transportation is limited. If for some reason you don't drive, Ubers and traditional taxis are an option to get to and from populated areas, check out our car rental page for more info.
