Laundry facilities are conveniently located on the 3rd and 5th floors. Complimentary parking for one vehicle is provided for each unit.
The Kihei Canoe Club is next door to the resort. Watching the canoes during practices or races is a cool diversion most other resorts can't offer. On Tuesdays & Thursdays, they offer visitors an opportunity to paddle out with them ($40 donation) so worth it! This unit is a good value compared to some. The owners have equipped it very well. Unit 201 is right above the swimming pool and at times there is some noise from children in the pool, but all guests seemed to minimize noise so it wasn't a problem. The building is older, but well maintained for the most part.
It is adjacent to a large drainage channel and during our stay there was a very heavy rain storm and it flooded filling the street and surrounding area with 3' of mud. That had happened before but the building was prepared by closing off site and parking lot. For a couple days we had to park our car up a side street because the parking lot was cut off by that wall and the mud in the street. The County moved quickly to open the street, however. Despite that little glitch, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Great location with easy drive to Wailea and Kahului as well as tour companies for snorkeling and whale watching. Good food also nearby and Excellent shaved ice at walking distance. Great view for sunset. Very clean and well supplied but expected condition for furniture for ocean front property. From there went to Westin in Kaanapali for my conference and I preferred this apartment for its flexibility, location and closeness to much tastier food (less luxurious but better). The pool at Westin was much better of course). I would definitely stay there again if not near Hana.
