Popular Milagros has outstanding Southwest-Mex food, but where they really rise to the top is in their Margaritas. The traditional marg with Li Hi Mui on the rim is to die for (and a happy hour fav). Or try a Jalapeno or coconut margarita. Get there early-parking in Paia is always a challenge.
