Nani Kai Hale A209

We have stayed at Nani Kai Hale 209 three times. We have never been disappointed. The condo is clean and has everything we need and the view is the best in the entire complex. The grounds are very well kept and the pool is sparking clean. Also, Sherry is the most amazing property manager!

This is a great condo in a beautiful spot with amazing views. Kitchen remodel is awesome and very functional. Only thing missing were wine glasses. Very clean with everything you will need for a comfortable beach vacation.

The only negative to this property was the way one of the Board Members spoke to me. He was rude, condescending,abrupt, and the profanity he used was not enjoyable to hear. He acted like a man with a big power ego.
Other than having to deal with him and his rudeness, the condo, and the grounds were spectacular.
In thirty years going to Maui, I have never been spoken to in that manner. I would not go back to that property because of him. I don't spend that kind of money to relax and enjoy myself to listen to someone speak to people like that.

This was the perfect condo for my partner and I! Fully stocked. Clean. AMAZING view. Spotless beach. Warm water. Incredible sunsets. We will definitely be back!

We had a delightful stay! The furnishings were very comfortable but they didn't crowd the rooms so it was very relaxing. We liked that we couldn't hear the highway noise from the unit, but the roads were close and easy to get to to go off on our adventures. The grounds, pool, lounge chairs, gates, etc. were all clean and well-maintained, so no complaints there. We were even treated to listening to a semi-weekly l??au next door! Wonderful vacation, would recommend A209 to anyone!

WOW! When the ad said beach front they weren't kidding! I could have thrown my phone in the water from the lanai. Great lawn and BBQ area plus the canoe club races out front were an added bonus. Would highly recommend this place and cant wait to come back :)

Of all the places I’ve stayed during my vacations, this one was by FAR the best! Very clean and quiet, super comfortable bed, and the most perfect view of the ocean from the balcony! I would go back in a heartbeat!

Love the location, the small feel of the total complex and it's grounds, the town, the whole experience was very good. The view is lovely, the breeze, the pool, the grounds all very well kept. The condo is very nicely equipped and a comfortable home away from home. We only have one small reason to not give 5 stars all the way around and that would be with the carpet needing a good shampoo. Hard to say anything negative, since we enjoyed ourselves tremendously and would do it again in a heartbeat (but it is hard to go un-noticed). Spent our 41st wedding anniversary here and all was very good. Mahalo!

My wife and I tremendously enjoyed our stay in this oceanfront condo. We had an amazing time enjoying our coffee and coconut cream pie from Sugar Beach Bakery (only a 5 minute walk) on the balcony every morning while watching the waves crash on the beach just below us. Then every evening going to sleep listening to the sounds of the ocean. Very clean throughout, kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be back to stay here again.

Nani Kai Hale is a great property! The condo we stayed in was beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed to make our stay feel like home. The property provided a relaxing environment (when the patio construction was done ��), and the beach was amazing! We may have found our new home away from home!

Our room was amazing, view couldn’t have been any better. I loved the smaller size of the complex, kitchen was well stocked with quality items. My only advise is room darkening shades for the bedroom, few screens are missing from some windows. We had AC but never used it. Also there is a huge home right next store that played movies Friday and Saturday evenings which were quite loud, also was a wedding one night with loud music.
We have been coming to Maui for many years and this room is one we’d return to.
